Refund policy

At JEM, we strive to ensure you love every piece you receive. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

ReturnsWe accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

Items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging with tags intact

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Minor color variations due to lighting/screen differences

Used or damaged products after delivery

RefundsOnce your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Amount will be credited to your original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank/UPI details for refunds.

ExchangesWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order once your return is processed.

Non-Returnable ItemsFor hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping will be covered by us only in case of damaged or wrong items
